  • Email Delivery: A voucher code will also be sent to your email instantly. This code is essential for accessing your purchased tour.
  • Access Your Tour: Use the voucher code to activate and enjoy your GPS-guided audio tour at your convenience.

We know some customers care deeply about privacy and data security. Legally, we are required to store order processing data in our accounting software. Besides that, we collect the minimum amount of information and do not share your personal data with any third parties besides our payment provider.
  • Accounting: legally we are required to store your oder in our online accounting software for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Payment Provider: Your order information is shared with the Mollie payment provider for processing. Their privacy statement can be found at Mollie.com website
  • Tour Guide Partners: Tour guide partners collect their own data under their own privacy, data policies and systems.

  • Content Editing: Crafting and refining the narrative to ensure it’s informative, engaging, and matches the flow of the tour.
  • Software and Platform Evaluation and Configuration: Selecting and configuring the appropriate software and platform to deliver the tour effectively on location.
  • Audio Voiceovers and Translations: Recording professional voiceovers and possibly translating the content into different languages to reach a broader audience.
From our experience, moving from a idea to a initial release takes a minimum of 300+ working hours.

GET THE TOUR ONTO YOUR PHONE:

  3. Select 'Tour Codes' from the menu at the bottom of your screen, then select 'Enter Codes' in the top right-hand corner of your screen
  4. Enter the code you purchased and received via e-mail and then select 'Download Now'
